It’s now been just over a year since I received my Fit Cuffs set from Lars at FitCuffs.com, I had experience of doing BFR training for several months previous with different cuffs and pumps from various manufacturers.

I believe this is an objective true innovative equipment! Same results as heavyweight training but with 30%, less weight. By the way you need to know that it is important to know the recommended pressure (mmHg) to put in the cuffs and secondly, the weight is light but as blood flow is restricted, it’s more of a mind game because it feels very hard to exercise. I love that I use it from 1 to 3 times a week and they are very well made, maybe I would find something better than the straps just because in the future it can broke but trust me an honest 9.9/10.
