I like the width of the cuffs, they are wide enough to ensure a comfortable fit but also not excessively wide so they properly allow full range of motion. In terms of overall flexibility, they nail the sweet spot between sturdy enough to keep the chosen pressure and soft enough so they don’t leave marks on the skin at the end of the training. Having them for 6 months already, their condition is still perfect and the velcro has no signs of wear. The quality of these cuffs is outstanding, they are very well-thought products, allowing a precise pressure setting which remains the same throughout the entire training program.

Just wanted to give an update on where I’m at with Fit Cuffs for the Arms.
Have been using them for about a month now, in my second workout at my house, after heavy arm training at the gym.
I use Fit Cuffs at high intensity for 10-15 minutes, 3 times a week.
I wanted to contact you guys because I knew the impact the cuffs would have.. HUGE improvements on muscular endurance during training. Thats the biggest takes away for me.
Will be using these in my routine for the foreseeable future! Need to get myself the leg pair next!

I’ve been waiting all week to try out my new bfr bands from @fitcuffs, and needless to say I really enjoyed using them.
To start they’re comfy to wear, and super easy to use. Yesterday I discussed the product and was misinformed when I said the tape measure included is just to measure gains (I mean it is used for that but there’s also another, bigger purpose). With fitcuffs.web.app (Fit Cuffs Training App) use the measurement around your bicep, along with how much body fat you have or how much exercise you do will determine the pressure to pump tha bands up to… As I train like everyday and have low body fat I’m meant to train at a individual pressure which is easily achieved with the pump.
It takes the guess work out of training.
The bands are easy to wear, easy to get the correct pressure and most importantly I believe they will help to get results with my training!
