Refund and Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your products must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number for your purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you have not received the correct product.
Exchanges and returns
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and email us the tracking number as soon as possible.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you can be refunded via direct bank transfer or PayPal.

You will not pay the costs for returning a faulty product. For general returns (regretted purchases) please see below.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable for general returns.
