Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your products must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number for your purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@fitcuffs.com. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any question concerning returns at info@fitcuffs.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you have not received the correct product.

Exchanges and returns

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and email us the tracking number as soon as possible.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you can be refunded via direct bank transfer or PayPal.

Shipping returns

You will not pay the costs for returning a faulty product. For general returns (regretted purchases) please see below.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable for general returns.


Product Warranty

All of Fit Cuffs products manufactured, sold, and delivered by the company and its subsidiaries have conformed in all material respects with all applicable contractual commitments and all express and implied warranties, and none of the Fit Cuffs and its subsidiaries has any material liability and whether due or to become due for replacement or repair thereof or other damages. Substantially all of the products manufactured, sold and delivered by the Fit Cuffs and its subsidiaries are subject to standard terms, implied warranties and conditions of sale in EU.

According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act consumers have a two-year legal warranty. It means that the consumer has the right to complain about faulty goods for a period of 2 years.
