BFR Unit & Lower Body Blood Flow Restriction Training

↩️ In a previous blog post we presented the BFR Unit coupled with the Arm Cuffs V4.0, so here you will see the AutoAdjust Pressure and Deflaltion features with the Leg Cuffs V4.0.

⚛️ Advances in BFR tech is the pinnacle of our forthcoming release that brings a 100% mobile unit equipped with auto-adjust & Semi-Adjust functions. That is for seamlessly providing upper and lower body BFR Training!

This Auto-Adjust Pressure tech dynamically responds to variations in limb diameters, ensuring a consistent and optimal pressure application throughout concentric and eccentric phases. Effortlessly adapts to both upper and lower body workouts, providing a uniform pressure experience across muscle contractions.

By meticulously adapting pressure to varying limb sizes, this innovation ensures an optimized and stable pressure during each movement, fostering a more comfortable and effective BFR session.

Stick around and check the soon-to-be-released post displaying the BFR Unit combined with the Power Bank and long tube as an external hub setup..

Automatic Pressure adjustments during Blood Flow Restricted (BFR) Exercise – A randomized within-subject 8-week trial

Does auto adjusted blood flow restriction (BFR) training improve muscle growth and strength compared to fixed-pressure cuffs? In this first 8-week within-subject study using the Fit Cuffs BFR system, researchers found no meaningful differences in hypertrophy, strength gains, or perceived discomfort between autor and non-auto conditions. When pressure was prescribed relative to limb occlusion pressure (LOP) and training variables were standardized, both approaches produced significant improvements. Here’s what coaches, clinicians, and lifters need to know about auto vs fixed-pressure BFR.
