Data Collection & Usage in the Fit Cuffs Training App

The Fit Cuffs Training App requires certain personal information to calculate exercise pressure (mmHg). This data is treated confidentially in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Act and the Financial Business Act. Although we strive to delete data in a timely manner, technical constraints may prevent complete removal within a specific timeframe.

All personal data handling, including collection, registration, use, disclosure, blocking, and deletion, is governed by applicable law. Data stored is anonymized and protected from misuse by third parties. If any of your information is incorrect, you have the right to request its correction or deletion by contacting our data controllers.

In some cases, Fit Cuffs ApS may continue to use anonymized data even after a recall request, in compliance with sections 6-8 of the Act on the Processing of Personal Data.

Terms & Conditions for Fit Cuffs® Usage

By purchasing the Fit Cuffs® Training System, you agree to the following:

  • I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
  • I will use Fit Cuffs® as instructed, either after receiving proper training or by following the guide available at fitcuffs.com/how-to-use.
  • I will set the pressure (mmHg) relative to LOP/AOP or by using the web-app at training.fitcuffs.com.
  • Before using Fit Cuffs®, I acknowledge it is my responsibility to consult a physician and confirm I can safely train with partial Blood Flow Restriction or occlusion.

I understand that using Fit Cuffs® is at my own risk and that Fit Cuffs® and its employees are not liable for any damages caused by the use of the product, including product failure, improper use, or third-party actions.
