Return Policy for Remorseful Purchases
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

- Items must be in original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

Shipping Costs
Warranty Claims:
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will refund your shipping costs via PayPal or direct bank transfer.
Remorseful Purchases:
For remorseful returns, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. These shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Warranty Claims for Defective or Malfunctioning Items
All Fit Cuffs® products comply with applicable warranties and contractual commitments.
- If the product fault appears more than 12 months after delivery, the consumer must prove that the product fault or cause thereof was present when the product was delivered and that the fault is thus covered by the rules under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
- Warranty Period: Under Danish law, consumers have a two-year legal warranty for faulty goods. After this period, claims cannot be made.
For more details on the Danish two-year legal warranty, refer to the Danish Sale of Goods Act & EU Sale of Goods Act. - This means that if a fault appears within the first year after supply, the Danish Sale of Goods Act generally provides for a 'presumption' that the fault was present at the time of delivery.
Fit Cuffs® is not liable for damages caused by misuse or user error. Products sold and delivered by Fit Cuffs® are subject to standard EU warranty terms and conditions.
