Fit Cuffs is a state-of-the-art Training System exclusively developed for Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Exercise. Fit Cuffs works by inflating solid yet pliable cuffs by means of a solid pump/pressure gauge and solid metal quick-disconnectors.

Fit Cuffs – Complete V3.1 + LOP Device includes the curved/cone-shaped Leg Cuffs V3.1’s and Arm Cuffs V3.1´s.

The Arm Cuffs V3.1 has been developed for swift and convenient single-handed attachment.
The Leg Cuff V3.1 is a variable-contoured cuff designed with a wide velcro attachment area that allows for a custom fit. By changing the placement of the velcro strap you get a personal fit that will accommodate any thigh shape. By design you can adjust the cuffs to fit all people providing a personalized fit for both improved comfort and optimized pressure distribution during exercise.

2 x Leg Cuffs V3.1 (45-85 cm / 17.7-33.5 Inch) + 2 x Arm Cuffs V3.1 (20-50 cm / 7.9-20 Inch). One-Size-Fits-All.

This edition comes with the new LOP Device (V1.1) developed for measurement of Limb Occlusion Pressure (LOP), as a convenient and validated alternative to Handheld Dopplers. 230 mmHg SYS(LOP) is the maximum measurable pressure, so if you have excessively large thighs (>75 cm) it might not be possible to detect. As a valid alternative to LOP, we recommend the “Calculate Pressure” module at training.fitcuffs.com.
